Sync Schedule on DTTG

(1) There may be items not fully synced from earlier in the day;

(2) I have RSS feeds and other automations to add to my DT3 database even when I am not personally at the computer

(3) I have office staff - sometimes in a different time zone - who may be adding content to the DT3 database when I am not at the computer

Is it possible to set up a Shortcut on iOS which bring DTTG to the forefront on a schedule and thus keeps it active long enough to bring the database sync up to date?
