Maybe there is a way, but I’ve not found one. Normally, the volume of sync data for me is not that big and I suspect for you it also may not be as much as you may think, but I don’t know. When I know I want a sync to complete, bring DEVONthink ToGO to the foreground, turn off “Low Power Mode” and let it rip. There is no “schedule” as far as I know as Apple has programming syching to happens when and if the iOS system algorithm decides to do it. Not up to either DEVONthink or you, as far as I know. For me, that’s ok as in a typical day I might have only a dozen files of mb size that need synching. Goes pretty fast on Bonjour, and slower of course on Dropbox.
