Difficulty with Sorter → screen capture (selection)

Hello,

I have difficulty understanding how to use the sorter screen capture (selection)

For example, my most common use (multiple times a day) would be in a web page.

I am in a Chrome Web page → sorter → screen capture (selection) (example below taken from reddit) → I end up with the sorter looking like the ScreenShot below

1- How and where can I insert that website’s URL ? Is there any way to do this automatically ? I tried to do it manually by copying the web page link and pasting into comments, but comment is only text mode (no clickable links).

2- Since I do this many times a day, is there any way to use a keyboard shortcut to trigger the initial selection capture ? The keyboard shortcuts shown in DevonThink→ Pref→ Sorter do not include one for capture selection. The shortcuts in the manual ⌃1,2, and 3 do not work and it’s not clear how to troubleshoot this.

3- in the sorter as shown below, is there any way to access a search box when I click on the “location” dropdown list ?
