Is there a way to somehow burn each file’s DT Location Path as text (“GroupA/GroupA1/GroupA1.1”) into the file’s metadata, so that it’s viewable outside of DT? Perhaps a script?
Use case: I have a bunch of files in DT within intricate Group Structures. Group Structures are important, as they tell me the source of the file and other important information. I need to share certain files with people who will be using different OS and none of them use DT. Burning the Groups File Path as text (“GroupA/GroupA1/GroupA1.1”) into the file metadata would add some context.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
