Writing Experience improvement

I’m firmly in the “give it some air” camp re the Markdown editor. External editing is a perfectly adequate solution, and so is the customisable preview. But it would be easier for this user just to have options for more whitespace in the editor, so that dense text in Markdown notes can be reviewed and edited without resorting to other views.
Not necessary, not even important, but a nice option to have to eliminate a constant source of friction in an app that otherwise doesn’t have much friction.
