New Version of DEVONthink 3.9.5

Nothing happens, the problem persists.

BTW, I discovered two things about this problem:

1- Oddly, this doesn’t happen all the time.
2- It is not a matter of indexed groups. Even deleted inbox items keep existing in the recently added smart group.
